Scholarship Opportunities
CBSHRM Foundation Scholarship
Each year $700 - $1000 is awarded to a student majoring in Business with an interest in Human Resource management. Applicants must be enrolled in a community college or university, a resident of one of the seven counties in the Coastal Bend Community Foundation service area, and maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. The application is available on the Coastal Bend Community Foundation website.
CBSHRM Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate students attending Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi enrolled in the College of Business who have a career interest in human resource management. The scholarship amount is $500/semester. The application is available on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Scholarship Office website.
Del Mar Workforce Readiness Scholarship
Del Mar College and the Coastal Bend Society for Human Resource Management is pleased to once again offer a scholarship to a student attending Del Mar College enrolled in a Career Technology degree plan in the amount of $500 for the Spring 2021 semester. This scholarship is based on academic achievement, honors, activities, and to some degree, financial need.
