Emerging HR Leader of the Year

Emerging HR Leader of the Year

The Emerging HR Leader of the Year is awarded to an outstanding professional, who has shown exemplary leadership and its behaviors, as well as staying committed to their own continued development. This recipient will be within the first five years of their career.

HR Practitioner of the Year

This award recognizes a professional in the human resources field who is supportive and expects each person’s best. This person shows passion for what they do and has high potential of continued success. This individual makes a difference in our community through the development of the industry. This recipient will be at any stage of their career, understanding that exemplary success knows no bounds.

HR Business Partner of the Year

The HR Business Partner of the Year is a strategic partner to his/her organization. This individual represents business acumen in their daily activities. Additionally, the partner of the year provides outstanding support to the development of emerging professionals. This recipient will possess at least ten years of experience in the human resources field.

Volunteer of the Yearunteer of the Year

The Volunteer of the Year is awarded to any member who has provided selfless support to the chapter throughout the calendar year. This individual may or may not serve on a committee or in a leadership capacity and gives above and beyond by any way of assistance. This recipient will be at any stage of their career.

Selection Panel

Award recipients are chosen by the Conference Committee. The selection process is based on the evaluation of the nominee's overall alignment with the respective award criteria. Decisions rendered by the committee are final.
