Jerry Dugan is a speaker, author, and podcaster with a focus on helping leaders create a life worth living in their faith, family, and career.
His work experience includes serving in the U.S. Army as a combat medic, corporate training facilitator, and organizational development leader. He has served as a leader in a combat zone, ministry, and corporate healthcare. This experience helped Jerry learn what it takes to build cohesive teams and appreciate life outside of the workplace by leveraging servant leadership.
He currently lives in Dallas with his wife, Olivia, as they enjoy the empty-nester life. They own three cats and a dog making their two adult children a little jealous of the pets.
Dr. Marco Garza currently serves as the principal owner of the Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) where he collaboratively supports New HR Managers, HR Departments of 1 and In House HR Teams. He is also the founder of the Texas Education Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides workforce preparedness training in HR Generalists and Talent Development Professionals.
W. Scott Greene is the Strategic Planning & Innovation Officer for the City of Corpus Christi.
In this role he serves as a resource multiplier for City departments by providing leadership through training, collaborative workshops, and management guidance on special projects.
He has over 20 years’ experience in education, training, and professional and leadership development. He has been a college professor, podcast host, leadership consultant, and has served as a Human Resources Organizational Development Manager.
W. Scott Greene has a bachelor’s degree in human resource development, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and multiple professional certifications. He is also a 25-year veteran of the United States Air Force.
Pamela Carroll is the CEO of Carroll HR Solutions and Texas SHRM District Director.
Ms. Carroll holds a Master’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and she is a certificate holder from the Association of Workplace Investigators as well as PHR certified from the Society of Human Resource Management.
Drawing from 20+ years’ experience in corporate, nonprofit and public school HR leadership roles, Pamela has first-hand success while practicing servant, situational, and transformational leadership. She has served as an expert witness for public schools and is an inclusive, results-driven human resources leader who is known for developing high-performing cultures using expertise in employee relations, talent management, workplace mediation and conflict resolution. Pamela is currently the CEO of Carroll HR Solutions, LLC providing transformational HR consulting and impartial, through and timely workplace investigations.
