Session Description:

Alberto Garcia-Jurado, will discuss how organizations continue to face persistent teamwork challenges—many of which have remained unresolved for decades. In this session, we will take a journey through time to explore why much of the HR function remains anchored in frameworks developed in the 1980s, and how those legacy approaches continue to influence today’s practices. We will then return to the present to examine the disruptive evolution required for HR to move beyond the past and achieve greater impact and outcomes in 21st-century organizations.
