About the Speaker:

James Reidinger, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Call Center Operations & HR at ReconMR (Reconnaissance Market Research) in downtown Corpus Christi. ReconMR is a market research call center with centers in Corpus Christi, Houston, San Marcos and remote. James oversees the 500-900 employees and staffing department. With 20 years of experience in market research call centers, James is dedicated to fostering employee development and empowering individuals to become better leaders.

When he is not driving efficiency in operational procedures and employee engagement initiatives, he is also the owner of Gringoface Designs, a bold branding agency helping small businesses grow through strategic brand identity, logo design, and marketing assets.

James's multifaceted experience in human resources and branding provides his team with the tools to recruit in a high-volume hiring environment with ease.
