Session Description
We’ve all heard the saying “so much to do and so little time.” In business and in life, we have tasks, jobs, activities, and other responsibilities that we need to attain. To achieve all this, we need to stay engaged and motivated, measure our progress, and document our accomplishments. This session is about setting goals. Specifically, SMART goals! In both your work and your life, SMART goals can help you stay focused and productive. They can help you overcome a question you’ve probably asked yourself in the past “all that work and what did I accomplish?” Join us at the session to learn about setting SMART goals for both work and life.
In this session, you will learn:
- Why we set goals.
- Setting SMART goals.
- SMART goals in work and life.
