About the Speaker:

Dr. Marco Garza currently serves as the principal owner of the Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) where he collaboratively supports New HR Managers, HR Departments of 1 and In House HR Teams. He is also the founder of the Texas Education Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides workforce preparedness training in HR Generalists and Talent Development Professionals.
