We will be meeting in the Mustang Room in the 3rd floor of the Embassy Suites Corpus Christi on South Padre Island Drive (SPID).
There will also be a virtual option (via zoom) that will begin just before 12:00pm for those that are unable to join us in person. Please note that we will not be recording to distribute to registrants, so plan to join us live for the presentation that day if you choose the virtual option.
Session Description:
You will be provided with an oversight of the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour requirements. We will visit interesting and current cases being conducted by the division including cases in Family Medical Leave Act, child labor, government contracts, Fair Labor Standards Act, and more. This will be an interactive and informative session, so be ready with your questions.

Cori Carrizales is the Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist with the Department of Labor's Wage & Hour Division. Cori has been with the division for 24 years, serving 20 years as an investigator and the latest 4 in his current role where he provides compliance training to businesses and industry on federal wage & hour requirements.
