Businesses are obviously struggling right now as many had set a compensation plan or strategy for their businesses late in 2019 going into 2020.  In light of the Pandemic and drastic changes in how we work,  Michael will discuss what companies can or should be doing to address their challenges and shortfalls. He will also focus on what  businesses should be considering right now to survive and thrive for the balance of 2020 and leading into 2021.
