via Zoom Conference Calling!

Presented by:

Cora Lonning, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Learning Architect

Cora’s has served many companies in an Organizational Development role. With Touchstone Communities she is the Director of Organizational Development. Working closely with the HR team, she promotes the values-driven culture and champions purpose-driven behaviors.

Cora specializes in Behavioral Intelligence and Emotional literacy, helping leaders and teams develop in the four competency areas of Self-awareness, Self-management, Relationship Management, and Social Awareness.

Many other Texas companies such as HOLT CAT, Spurs Sports and Entertainment (Go Spurs Go), Frost Bank, Multi-Chem, City of San Antonio, Alamo Colleges, and Whataburger have experienced Cora’s unique, creative, and interactive approach to learning. She is an in-demand executive coach and animated speaker known for having standing room only crowds at conferences.

Outside of the corporate arena Cora has taught as an adjunct professor for over twelve years in the field of Communication, Training, and Business Leadership. She created a Training & Development Certificate Degree Program for online and on-campus instruction.

Cora had the opportunity to be raised within and by the behavioral ideals she is formally trained for and teaches as a professional. Her father was a Youth Development Consultant who worked at the National level creating programs, policy, and advocacy for the nation’s young people. He taught her developmental and behavioral theories through role modeling and parental coaching.

Having worked within the youth development field alongside her father, Cora witnessed the impact of self- development-specifically how empowering it can be. Through emotional literacy and other learning competencies people are empowered to choose their own life scripts-and create outcomes different from what life may have pre-prescribed for them. This is what Cora is passion about and why she shares her knowledge with reckless abandon. She serves on the SAHRMA board, Texas Board, and ICF board, and is a past board member of SA-ATD.
