Mr. Searles helps organizations in Commerce, Education, Healthcare, and Government become safer and more efficient workplaces by designing Enterprise-Wide Safety and Security Programs that help mitigate their risk.
Ryan will define an active shooter and what the anatomy of an active shooter is. He will engage our participants in conditioning the mind and body to stress with rehearsals and drills to instruct the workplace on how to respond during and after an event. Ryan's agenda includes strategies to explore when emergency response personnel arrive and how post-event trauma can affect the workplace.
