Workplace Bullies are too Expensive to Keep

Presented by:

Frank Mulcahy

Director, Business Development

Workplace Bullying Institute

A quarter of American workers directly experience bullying; 65.6 million workers, including witnesses, are affected. Employers suffer turnover, absenteeism, presenteeism, and payouts for severances and settlements. These costs are preventable. Participants will learn why it’s important to identify bullying behaviors, understand the forms of bullying and the reasons these types of abusive behaviors occur within organizations. This session will teach participants how to address bullying and will equip managers and supervisors with strategies to increase employee trust and engagement.

You Will Learn:

  • Understand the impact of bullying and how it affects all aspects of your employees' lives.
  • Discover the strategies to increase employee trust and engagement.
  • Define workplace bullying and understand the health harming effects it has on the organization.
