We will be meeting at "The Boardroom" upstairs at Water Street Market Building (old Seafood Co.)

There will also be a virtual option (via zoom) that will begin just before 12:00pm for those that are unable to join us in person.  Please note that we will not be recording to distribute to registrants, so plan to join us live for the presentation that day if you choose the virtual option.

Session Description:

Will you be prepared to handle a visit from OSHA and do you know your rights and responsibilities?  This session will help prepare you for an OSHA inspection and assure you are comfortable with knowing what to expect


This program is pending approval for PDC/Credit with SHRM & HRCI

        About the Speaker:

        Marianne McGee

        Compliance Assistance Specialist

        OSHA-Corpus Christi Area Office

        Marianne McGee graduated from Corpus Christi State University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.

        Marianne began working for OSHA in the Corpus Christi Area Office in 1986 as an Industrial Hygienist responsible for conducting workplace inspections focusing on health hazard exposures such as asbestos, chemicals, noise, and heat and continued in this capacity until 2000. 

        Since 2000, Marianne has been the Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) in the Corpus Christi Area Office and is responsible for outreach efforts, partnerships, alliances, assisting on VPP audits, and helping employers understand OSHA rules and regulations.
