There are many leadership styles and theories written about in the past 100 years of leadership scholarship/ focuses have included leadership traits, coworker relationships, types of power, behavioral theories, gender, etc., Dr. Sanford, a university administrator and communication scholar who has taught and endorsed many of these leadership concepts, has recently come to the realization that none of the leadership approaches really meet the needs of our current global environment.
You Will Learn:
Leadership is not about a title; it’s about influence. A commitment to equality has specific requirements for success. This session provides suggestions on how to successfully pursue this as leaders in human resources.
